The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and clears proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on its own. Once a large amount of lymphatic fluid is eliminated, the immune system works more efficiently. Lymphatic massage supports the immune system and manages edema (swelling) and puffiness.
