This massage targets pain and chronic tightness in specific areas of the body. This treatment works knotted areas, relieves cramps, and releases chronic tension using deep pressure and trigger points. In addition, Becca will use a combination of techniques to best customize the treatment to meet your need and relieve your pain. These techniques will vary by therapist, but may include massage cupping and hot stones on trigger points.

This 90-minute treatment includes a blend of styles. You'll start with approximately 20-minutes of MLD. Then you'll receive approximately 40-minutes of abdominal therapy, perinatal work, or therapeutic massage. This section of the massage will be regional in nature, not full body. We'll end with 30 minutes of buccal massage. *Please remove makeup and fascial skin care products.*
