I will discuss any needs or concerns with you prior to the session and create a custom session for exactly what you need.I may use tools such as stainless steel gua sha "scraper" or silicone cupping.

This session uses gentle pressure points specifically in the feet to affect the entire body through nerves/channels/meridians.
