Breathe Massage Therapy

If you are unsure of whether you need Relaxation, Deep Tissue, or a mixture of the two, this is the option for you! I will discuss any needs or concerns with you prior to the session and create a custom session for exactly what you need. I may use tools such as stainless steel gua sha "scraper" or silicone cupping.

This session uses gentle pressure points specifically in the feet to affect the entire body through nerves/channels/meridians.
