Excited you booked a massage. I want you to have the best massage experience possible so please let me know before and during the massage how to achieve that. Your massage with include an integrated Eastern and Western approach. Modalities that may potentially be used include but are not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports, Tui Na, Acupressure. The full massage experience is for 60 minutes. This includes intake, changing as well as setting up the room for the next treatment. Expect to be massaged approximately 55 minutes.
