This treatment targets the muscles of the jaw, face, neck, and upper shoulders to reduce pain, headaches, clicking or popping, and jaw restriction. Gentle intraoral (inside the mouth) techniques may be used with your consent to directly address deeper muscle tension. TMJ massage can help improve jaw mobility, decrease clenching and grinding discomfort, and restore balance to the surrounding structures
