Complex Initial Assessment for 2 areas of complaint or over the age of 60 (allots more time)
Is this your first time visiting Dr. Carrie Lehman? If so this appointment is for you. In this appointment we will do a relevant history, physical examination, discussion of treatment options and if time begin our first treatment. Please note if you are over the age of 60 you will not be charged for the complex initial intake. I allot more time in case there is a more complex health history.
- New patient chiropractic history and consultation for care.
- Physical examination and musculoskeletal assessment of spine and joints.
- Treatment options discussion and personalized chiropractic care planning.
- Initial spinal adjustment and manual treatment at first visit.
