Using a variety of modalities, I tailor each massage to meet your needs. Therapeutic massage helps to relieve pain, reduce stress and work on specific problems. My work is very relaxing, activating the parasympatheic nervous system where the body's innate healing can occur. Modalities used may include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage and stretching.
