This treatment is ideal for athletes or anyone who needs to stimulate the body’s systems and really get your blood pumping! With our hot/cold contrast therapy, we alternate between heated basalt stones followed by ice-chilled basalt stones in a deep rhythmic flow over the whole body. This leads the body into vasodilation (hot) and vasoconstriction (cold). This effect can aide in improving circulation, decreasing swelling and inflammation, and stimulating optimal internal organ function.

Combined with light pressure, a repetitive rhythmic motion is performed in the direction of your lymph nodes to simulate the natural pumping rhythm of the lymphatic system. This service is said to be soothing and relaxing but much different from a traditional Swedish “relaxation” massage.
