Please select this appointment option if you are a new patient to see Dr. Marvin and have one or more areas of pain or complaint. This appointment will include a thorough physical examination, discussion of findings by Dr. Marvin and appropriate treatment, including your starting therapeutic exercise program on an easy to use app. We do not accept insurance but do accept credit or debit cards as well as FSA or HSA cards. A valid credit card is required to hold the appointment. Please do not be alarmed, the credit card will not be charged until after the appointment. If you are a parent/guardian booking an appointment for a child, please put the child's information, not parent/guardian. Also, please keep in mind that we have a 24-Hour Cancellation and No-Show Policy. Please let us know if you need to reschedule to avoid a fee. Because we do not accept Medicare, we are unable to adjust patients over the age of 65 - we apologize for the inconvenience but our hands are tied. Patients returning after 12 months/365 days without treatment require a re-examination before treatment is rendered to ensure safety and accuracy of treatment and exercise prescription.
