Initial Exam
Initial appointment that will help us determine what is causing your complaint and how we are going to treat it. This will include an oral history, physical exam, and treatment with appropriate referrals if needed. This appointment is for new patients or patients who haven't been to the clinic in over 2 years. If this is related to a work injury or motor vehicle accident please make your appointment then contact us so we can send you the appropriate paperwork.
