Comox Valley Reflexology Centre offers foot, hand, and combined hand-and-foot reflexology in Courtenay. Its four reflexologists provide sessions focused on relaxation, with separate hands-only appointments for people who prefer not to have their feet touched.
Visits include a brief health history and discussion of concerns. Foot sessions are tailored through individual foot assessment, and the longer foot and combined sessions conclude with lower-leg and foot massage.
