New to receiving massage at our clinic? This is the appointment for you! Deep tissue massage utilizes sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of the muscles and fascia (connective tissues). This approach is most frequently used to address chronic pain and stiffness, or recovery from sprains, strains, and other injuries. This helps to reduce tension in muscle and fascia, and break up dense tissue that forms following an injury. These 60 minute sessions can be focused on up to 2-3 specific areas of pain or tension, or can be full body with a minimal focus on each body region. *We are a no tipping establishment.
- Therapeutic deep tissue massage for chronic muscle tension.
- Relaxation/Swedish massage to promote stress relief and calm.
- Trigger point therapy for localized pain and referred pain.
- Hot stone massage for muscle warmth and relaxation.
- Prenatal massage addressing pregnancy-related discomfort and support.
