For new or established massage patients. This full body Ayurvedic bodywork session uses substantial amounts of oil, tailored to your constitution, and rhythmic, vigorous strokes to support increased blood flow, lymphatic circulation and tissue nourishment. It helps to stimulate the internal organs, strengthen immune system function, improve the body’s tolerance to stress, improves skin health, and promotes clarity of mind. This session differs from Manual Lymphatic Drainage in that it uses substantial oil on the skin, and is more appropriate for general wellness support and health maintenance, as opposed to management of acute or chronic lymphedema related to post-surgical recovery or a health condition. **Hair will become slightly oily **This is not a deep tissue massage **Massage is best performed when the patient is fully undressed; your body will be appropriately covered with sheets during massage **We are a no tipping facility

**Please call 612-339-5088 if you cannot find a time that works for you in our online scheduler; we may have more availability than what shows online.** Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that uses fine, short needles to support skin rejuvenation. This holistic technique originated in China and encourages the body’s own repair mechanisms to improve skin texture and tone. MIcroneedling creates small wounds on the skin, encouraging the body to respond by producing collagen, stem cells, and elastin. This helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, age spots, sun spots, and other skin conditions. At our clinic, we offer microneedling in combination with body acupuncture and LED light therapy for a holistic approach to skin care, general health, and effective stress management. *Come with clean skin to this appointment or arrive 10 min early to use our products to wash your face before the appointment*
