Choose this option if your child is not an existing patient, but you would like to do their one week follow-up visit post frenectomy. Comprehensive initial consultation, chiropractic exam, and adjustment paired with the one week post-op visit for a frenectomy. **We are not a Medicare provider and therefore legally cannot accept patients over age 65 due to Medicare's policy.
