Your initial 90 minute session will include intake, assessment and 60-75 minutes of hands on work. A therapeutic massage is customized to your specific needs according to your health and performance goals. Your massage may include a variety of techniques including: osteopathic style structural releases, visceral manipulation, deep tissue, relaxation, trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy, hydrotherapy, sports massage techniques, cupping and gua sha.
