Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. This therapy enhances vascular health, improves immune function, and reduces fluid retention. It is often used to reduce lymphedema, edema (swelling) from injury or surgery, and minimizes fibrosis. It can be effective for reducing postoperative swelling and enhancing recovery after cosmetic procedures.
