Using slower strokes and firm, sustained pressure, this technique targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. While intense, the work is always tailored to the clients comfort level to release tension and restore ease of movement. 75 minutes allows for a single area of primary focus and a general complete full body treatment.

Reflexology is a soothing therapeutic treatment that works with pressure points in the feet believed to correspond to the bodys organs and systems. This focused approach may help reduce stress, promote circulation, and encourage relaxation. It can be especially beneficial to those unable to receive a traditional massage treatment due to certain medical conditions, touch sensitivity or mobility limitations. Each reflexology session begins with a 10 minute mineral infused foot bath.
