Discovery Healing

Sessions are structured for a brief check in to clarify how I can focus your time, and massage with as much time as we have left after that check in. Session length is the total length of the appointment (i.e. the massage ends 60 minutes after the scheduled start time of the session, averaging 45minutes of hands on time). There is 5-10 minutes afterwards to dress, check in with questions, reschedule, use the restroom, etc.
