Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, full-body treatment designed to support the natural movement of lymph throughout the body. This treatment helps reduce swelling, encourage detoxification, and support overall immune function. Each session is 60 minutes and focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system through light, rhythmic techniques to promote fluid movement and reduce congestion. For best results, a series of treatments is recommended—typically at least two sessions within a two-week period to help encourage optimal lymphatic flow. Please note: This treatment is not recommended for individuals with heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction or disease. If you are unsure whether this treatment is appropriate for you, please consult with your healthcare provider prior to booking. Or contact Emma with your questions.
