Initial Consultation Plus Chiropractic Adjustment (QSM3)
A consultation will first be performed to discuss your needs and see if Dr. Stern thinks she can help you. The initial QSM3 adjustment will then be performed. Please note that Dr. Stern is not in any insurance networks. If you have out-of-network coverage, a superbill can be provided upon request. Payment is due at the time of the visit. (Consult with your insurance company of you are unsure about the details of your coverage)
