Your 30–45-minute initial visit includes a comprehensive health history, a physical exam, and your very first adjustment (if clinically indicated). For self-pay patients, the estimated total is just $130 to $150. For Traditional Medicare, there is a mandatory $80 exam fee due at checkout; please note that while we are a proud Medicare Part B Participating clinic, we are out-of-network with Medicare Advantage plans. To help us make your check-in a breeze, please upload clear photos of the front and back of your insurance cards to your Jane portal at least 24 hours before your visit. We can't wait to see you!
