Dr. Mozaffari, ND as your Naturopath, takes a detailed history from you, including a history of presenting illness, past medical history, family history, social history, and any history of food and medication allergies. In addition, she goes over a list of your current and previously prescribed medication(s) or dietary supplements. Dr. Mozaffari, ND will assess your stress, mood, sleep, energy, diet, and level of physical activity. If your appointment is in person, she may perform some related physical exams if indicated. At the end of this session, she will discuss your naturopathic assessment and provide you with an individualized treatment plan based on all the information She has gathered from you. In some cases, for your best interest and as a part of your treatment plan, Dr. Mozaffari, ND may recommend referring you to your family physician for a couple of blood tests and further evaluations.
