During your appointment you will receive a full reflexology treatment focusing on the feet. You will remain fully clothed, removing only shoes and socks for foot treatments. while gentle pressure techniques are applied to reflex points that correspond with different systems of the body. Sessions begin with brief relaxation breathing to help calm the nervous system and prepare the body for treatment. Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy designed to promote relaxation, reduce tension, and support overall wellness. Many clients report feeling deeply relaxed and more balanced following their session. Before your first appointment, a short health intake will be completed to ensure the session is appropriate for your needs and comfort. (Not Billable to Third Party Insurance)
