Reflexology
Integrative Reflexology incorporates multiple different theories (ie: structural alignment theory, zone theory, meridian theory and psychoneuroimmunology theory) into one modality. Incorporating each of those theories allows us to work with the entire body through the feet and hands. **the foot portion of this session takes about 50 minutes. 1 hour appointments: feet and hands only 90 minute appointments: feet, hands and one other area 2 hour appointments: feet, hands, and 2-3 other areas
Lymphatic Drainage
Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and removes and filters byproducts, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells from your body. This technique is great for injury and surgery recovery. It can also help with overall reduction in swelling and stress on the body. **please note I do not accept BBL patients **All incisions must be closed
