This type of massage is great for relaxing general tightness and pain caused by daily stressors. Using flowing strokes to help ease muscle tension while working deeper to address adhesions. Pressure can range from light to firm and allows for deeper tissue work while still aiding in relaxation. (NOTE: If you are pregnant, you can still select this massage.
