Adding heat to specific areas on the body enhances the feelings of relaxation and peace. Recommended in particular for individuals suffering from fibromyalgia, arthritis or other chronic pain.

A combination appointment of Swedish Massage (or Therapeutic) and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. This combo includes both modalities in one session and cannot be broken up to use at different times. 90 minutes - 60min/30min massage & MLD 120 minutes - your choice of 90min/30min massage & MLD or 60min/60min massage & MLD
