Functional Balance & Integrative Therapy

This 60-minute integrative acupuncture session is designed to support nervous system regulation, pain relief, and whole-body balance in a calm, nurturing environment. Each session is thoughtfully personalized based on your needs that day and may include acupuncture along with supportive modalities such as gentle manual techniques, sound therapy, electrical stimulation, or topical applications, when appropriate. Throughout the session, I remain attentive and responsive, adjusting treatment as needed to address areas of tension, discomfort, or imbalance as they arise. My intention is to help your body feel supported, regulated, and gently guided back toward balance. This session includes hands-on treatment time and integrative guidance during the visit. More in-depth review of labs, supplements, or records outside of session time may be supported through Priority Integrative Care or a follow-up visit.
