BodyWell is a Courtenay clinic offering registered massage therapy with Alison Nowak and Heather Green, plus separate therapeutic yoga sessions with Heather. Massage care combines manual techniques with exercise and home-care guidance. The booking menu includes jaw-focused massage, prenatal massage with Alison, and ICBC appointments; Heather accepts new ICBC claims only from existing clients. Her yoga therapy sessions explore breath, body awareness and everyday movement.
The clinic is upstairs on McPhee Avenue, across from Courtenay Elementary School, with two designated parking spaces and street parking nearby. Both massage therapists offer direct billing to most insurers.
