Massage
Pregnancy massage is done with light to medium pressure and is very relaxing. If a mom-to-be is in her 2nd or 3rd trimester and cannot lay on her belly the massage is performed with her lying on her side with a pillow under her head, one between her knees and one for her to hug. One side is massaged and then the other. The massage will end with work on the face, scalp, ears, front of the legs, knees and feet.
