This is a 75 minute Therapeutic Bodywork Session that is tailored to your individual needs using a fusion of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Relaxation Massage techniques. In addition to these massage techniques, I also have available Pre-natal massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Reiki treatments.
