Orthopedic massage refers to using manual therapy techniques to address any physical issue or injury. It is a collaborative effort between client and therapist to discuss, evaluate, and create a specialized treatment plan that best addresses the client's concerns and goals. It can include, but is not limited to, deep tissue, swedish, cupping, IASTM (or gua sha), myofascial and active release or a combination of different techniques.
