Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. 30 minute sessions choose either upper or lower body. For Females: Please wear a light tank top or light sports bra and bikini style underwear. As abdominal, chest and groin areas house most lymph nodes. For Males: Please wear boxers or loose fitting briefs.
