Healing Balance Bodywork

This massage combines techniques to help balance your posture, relieve pain, and explore more effective ways of using your body. This massage is interactive! I will invite you in to new awareness and gentle movement while we work. Following your session, we'll make a plan so you can continue your healing between sessions. Techniques include Body Insight, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, assisted stretching and deep tissue massage. 2 hour sessions are intended for established clients.
