Massage Therapy
An Initial Advanced Massage Therapy Assessment involves a comprehensive history, physical, patient education and management strategies based on your chief complaint. This is not a general full body massage. This treatment is offer by our experienced senior therapists additionally trained in: acupuncture, sports massage, deep tissue massage, advance soft tissue techniques, joint mobilizations, advance stretching techniques, instrument assisted soft tissue and therapeutic exercises. A diagnosis will NOT be provided as it is not in the scope of RMT. An Initial Advanced Massage Therapy Assessment is required to prior to subsequent treatments
Acupuncture
The Initial Acupuncture Visit includes an examination of your primary complaint(s). We take a thorough and relevant health history, followed by physical assessments which will lead to a diagnosis and a treatment plan. Working together to create a treatment plan of how to best bring you back to balance. Acupuncture treatment will be performed and may include additional therapies such as cupping, gua sha, and more, which will be used as necessary. Finally, we will wrap-up with next steps for self-care and preventative tips.
