Heart In Hands

Integrated sessions combine Western and Eastern approaches to provide the benefits of a therapeutic mindset and an acupressure mindset. Each session is a full-body session, with time spent addressing targeted areas for relief from musculoskeletal pain, as well as addressing the entire person and any underlying imbalances in the meridians.
