A 60 minute massage appointment is based on your input at beginning of session and may include: deep tissue, therapeutic, myofascial and/or trigger point release, cupping and/or relaxation massage. This service does not include insurance billingNOTE: New clients are required to complete an initial medical intake form for first appointment. We will review this intake together, then you and I will determine what massage techniques best suit your needs.
