A new patient exam with Dr. Pauline Haugen ranges between 30-45 minutes. During this time, Dr. Haugen conducts a thorough assessment, including a detailed health history review and physical examination. Patients can expect a personalized evaluation of their posture, range of motion, and any areas of discomfort or pain. This comprehensive approach allows Dr. Haugen to create a customized treatment plan tailored to each patient's specific needs and wellness goals. PLEASE EMAIL front and back of your insurance card with date of birth if you are planning on using your health insurance for your visit. We will perform a complimentary benefit check, however, patients are ultimately responsible to understand their benefits as sometimes benefits are misquoted. Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit/debit card, HSA/FSA. We do have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Reservations must be cancelled within the required time frame to avoid paying a $150 cancel fee with credit card on file. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to meeting you!
