Treatment plans may include: herbs, guided self-acupressure and moxibustion, nutrition, exercises, acupuncture sessions, meditations and wellness coaching (goal setting and follow-up). If there is enough time after the intake discussion, an initial acupuncture appointment will be performed during this visit.
