An initial exam includes a discussion about the chief complaints, medical history, family history, appropriate orthopedic testing, neurological testing, and postural analysis. This is usually followed by an adjustment to initiate care unless further imaging is indicated. For more complicated cases or if more time is desired for treatment, please select this option.
