Acupuncture
This extended acupuncture treatment is based on your individual treatment plan. It includes needling on both sides of the body as well as more extensive cupping, gua sha, reiki or Chinese massage as indicated by your health concerns.
During this 90 minute session, an in-depth health assessment is done addressing your health concerns and symptoms. After consultation, you receive an individualized acupuncture treatment balancing mind, body and spirit.

Physiotherapy
A comprehensive 60-minute assessment to discuss your concerns, health history, and goals. This appointment may include education, movement and breathing assessment, and—if appropriate and with your consent—an internal pelvic floor exam to assess muscle function, strength, coordination, and tissue health. This visit helps guide an individualized treatment plan tailored to your needs. At this time, I do not provide pelvic floor physiotherapy services for individuals assigned male at birth and am currently focusing my practice on pelvic health for women and gender-diverse individuals.
