Integrate Balance Massage

Clients will experience areas of tension release with a combination of modalities used to help with healing. -Trigger Point, Myofascial Release or Swedish massage. Trigger Point focuses on the specific area of concern and releases tension in tissue. Myofascial Release releases the connective tissue in the area of concern. Swedish Massage warms up tissue to promote relaxation.
