Do not select this session if you are sensitive to heat. Crystal heating pad is designed to deeply heat the body, loosen tissue, ease joints & can have a detoxifying effect on the system. Client's need to hydrate well 24hr before and after. Deep tissue work is received easier by the body, as the tissue becomes more pliable. You WILL sweat, so please be prepared for that.
