Custom Therapeutic Massage combines many different techniques, including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Swedish Techniques, Passive and Active Stretching, Cupping, and Trigger Point Therapy, to suit the specific needs of each individual client. Hot towels are used to help relax tissues allowing for deeper work. Choice of CBD or Arnica cream is applied to problem areas to aid in pain relief and to ease the soreness of deep therapeutic work.
