Each muscle needs something different to help them to heal.How long do you need?*60 min is a good place to start and assess how long and how often is needed going forward.*90 min will allow for a good amount of focus on up to 4 major areas plus a little attention to the rest of the body.*120 min will allow for focus on major pains, minor pains and allow the whole body to relax.
