Bring a list of your medications, health history, and any recent stressors so your practitioner can tailor your care. Expect gentle needle or ear seed placement on the outer ear and let your provider know if you have any trauma-related concerns or prefer modifications. Avoid perfumes, and plan some quiet time afterwards to relax and allow the treatment to integrate.
