In this initial exam you will thoroughly go through your case one-on-one with Dr. Courtney Sproul-Martin. This will consist of healthcare & symptom history, exam, new patient x-rays (as needed) and nerve scans. The price of this exam will be unique to exactly what testing Dr. Courtney feels you need and will vary from $255-$430.
