The Initial Evaluation & Direction Assessment is the recommended first step for all new clients. This visit is designed to clarify what kind of problem you’re dealing with and what direction makes the most sense before choosing a specific modality. During this assessment, we review your health history and goals, perform a hands-on structural and functional evaluation, assess body composition, and observe how your system is handling movement, recovery, and stress. By the end of the visit, you’ll receive a clear recommendation for next steps — whether that’s targeted care, a short initiation to build system capacity, or another appropriate path forward.
