A full hour of massage (Swedish or Deep Tissue of client's choice) allows the therapist to target deeper layers of your muscles and connective tissue. This also allows the massage therapist to aim to release any muscle tension or any inflammation that have been contributing to pain and stress. Includes a steamed aromatherapy towel at the end of the massage.
