Littlefield Massage

A Custom Therapeutic Massage incorporates Swedish and Trigger Point modalities, elements of Traeger and energy work, cultivated in response to the needs of the client. An intuitive series of soothing strokes and holds relieves muscle tension and removes stress from the body, creating a state of enhanced mood, reduced heart rate, and endorphin release. Each session begins with a 10 minute check-in, to set the space and gather information about what is needed.
