Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a specialized technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, a key component of the body’s immune system. Using gentle, rhythmic hand movements, MLD encourages the natural flow of lymphatic fluid, aiding in the removal of toxins, waste and excess fluids from the body. Yolanda is certified in MLD.
