New Patients: A $100 deposit is required to secure your initial appointment. This deposit will be applied as a credit toward your visit. If you miss your appointment, cancel, or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited as a no-show fee. If you cancel, reschedule, or miss your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full cost of the visit.
